- Adults - £30 (£60 per couple)
- Juniors under 18/Students - £10
- Visiting Adults - £7 per lecture
- Visiting Juniors under 18/Students - £2 per lecture

Lectures start at 7.30pm with the exception of the Presidents Evening and the AGM which both start at 6.45pm. The finishing time is about 8.45pm, however, some speakers are very enthusiastic and can over run.
Lectures are held in The John Caden Hall, Carmel R.C. College, The Headlands, Darlington, DL3 8RW.
